ApartNest has 9 gorgeous ensuite bedrooms, arranged over three floors that can be booked for a corporate stay or golfing holiday at Gleneagles, wedding in Auchterarder or family party, sleeping up to a maximum of 20 people.
The stairs are wide and traditional so young children under the age of 6 years are not (normally) permitted for a full exclusive booking due to safety.
Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants in Auchterarder from this charming place to stay. We are across the road from Jon and Fernanda, an institution in Auchterarder and 100meters from Delivino both wonderful places to eat.

Third Floor
The top two suites, located on the third floor and accessed by stairs, are decorated in a modern style and are large and bright, with spacious ensuites. They have lower ceilings.
Clyde has a Kingsize bed and a bay window with great views to the hills, a small sofa bed that can be made up for an extra guest and sitting area.
Fergus has a bath in the ensuite and a Super King bed. With views to Auchterarder high street and beyond and to Crieff and the North.
Middle Floor
The middle floor has four Georgian-style bedrooms, each with the original coving, traditional panelling, plush beds, high ceilings, modern ensuites, and lots of light.
Flora, the largest suite, has two traditional large windows looking out to Auchterarder high street, a king-size bed and sofa bed, a seating area and a pull-out desk for working.
Douglas nearly matches the size of Flora with wall lights at the side of the bed, vertical radiators, a seating area and a bright ensuite.
Hamish is a smaller suite with a king-size bed, plenty of space and light yet situated to the back of the property, and it benefits from an airy ensuite.
Maisie is cosy, private and chic, with a double bed, a large window looking North to Crieff and a modern ensuite.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has three Georgian-styled bedrooms, each with the original coving, traditional panelling, plush beds, high ceilings, brand-new ensuites, and lots of charm. These bedrooms are particularly suitable for guests who prefer not to use stairs.
Blair, is our largest suite with a more significant ensuite and high ceilings, two large windows and lots of space. With a king-size bed, seating area and elegant interior, you’ll feel like lord or lady of the manor. Blair has a low shower and handrail in the shower.
Gordon, is a large suite with a brand-new private ensuite and beautiful interior to match the period of the house. You will have a cosy and relaxing stay with a king-size bed and all the ApartNest amenities and ease of accessing the Auchterarder high street.
Mac is more suitable for one guest sleeping on the Double bed, but two are welcome It has a newly decorated ensuite, the features of the larger Georgian suites, and tea and coffee amenities. It is a little short on space and so has a smaller fridge or seating area, but the ‘Snug’ seating area is located just next door.

Catering in ApartNest
At ApartNest we aim to make your stay convenient to your needs. We can arrange breakfasts, lunches and dinners delivered to the door, or left in the room or snug as you request…
Locally we have an arrangement with supplier to cook breakfasts to order, prepare delicious sharing platters and of course there are a number of take aways within a minute’s walk as we are so convienently located on the high street. A supermarket is just 500meters away.
Extras such as continental breakfasts can be ready to use in the room if required.
Wine glasses are supplied as well as fridges and microwaves for lighter meals.
Laundry Services for Longer Stays
We offer a laundry service at ApartNest for longer stays. The local laundry, 200 meters away will collect any laundry you have and drop it back to you.
Alternatively, there is a washing machine on site and access can be arranged in advance as required for long term stays only.

Parking at ApartNest
ApartNest has it’s own private parking to the back of the property. Some restrictions apply so please confirm your requirements on booking additionally, many guests find that they can park right outside the front door of Allandale on the street, which is also free.
Further, within a 3 minute walk there are two free car parks, Crown Inn Wynd and Auchterarder School Car park with no evening and weekend restrictions just off the high street.
Three fast electric charging points are also available at the Crown Inn Wynd Car Park.
